Because it's arguably the closest to the authentic Big Band sound you'll hear without going back 60 years in a time machine and continuing through to today. The sounds of Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, Count Basie and all the other great bands ....un-manipulated, un-synthesized, and LIVE!
